Erik L. Shawn

has contributed greatly to Gross & Belsky's consumer antitrust practice for more than a decade. Erik was an important member of the discovery teams in the TFT-LCD (Flat Panel) Antitrust Litigation and the Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, which resulted in  recoveries of over a billion dollars in each case for the consumer class.  Erik has more than twenty years of experience as an attorney and has successfully worked on class action cases involving antitrust and intellectual property law, consumer fraud and protection law, employment law, securities law, products liability law and varied other legal issues.  Erik graduated from Fordham Law School in 1995, and became a member of the New York State Bar in 1996.
